However, the growth of patents in the bio sector such as the pharma and agro fields, encounters many challenges. Life itself has not been defined yet. So, how can it be determined exactly when a living being, or a biological entity has been modified by itself or by human intervention, and thus address issues of patentability? Therefore, a researcher in the bio field cannot be alien to Intellectual Property, being the main actor in the revolution of the bio-pharma-agro sectors.

El estudio se encuentra en la línea de gestión de organizacionales, cuyo objetivo es: Determinar el nivel de relación entre el compromiso organizacional y rendimiento laboral de los trabajadores de la empresa multisectorial de Ayash S.A., Huaraz - 2020, bajo este aspecto se considera como tipo de estudio aplicada, con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental – Correlacional, evitando intervenir en el comportamiento de las variables, y obteniendo datos en un solo momento, por lo que se considera transversal.
