In this work we have analyzed the main perceptions and the degree of experiences that teachers have regarding Artificial Intelligence (AI) taking into account that it is considered a valid tool in the field of Higher Education.  The data were collected during the second semester of the year 2023, a qualitative and qualitative methodology has been applied, of descriptive analytical type, using the Power Bi tool. The results affirm that more training is required for professors to effectively implement AI in the different Paraguayan universities.
