Con la entrada en vigencia del Código Procesal Penal de 2004 en el distrito fiscal de Huánuco el 01 de junio de 2012 conforme al cronograma dispuesto por la Fiscalía de la Nación, ha sido posible observar la sobrecarga en el Sistema de Gestión Fiscal impuesto por la Fiscalía de la Nación.
