El poeta peruano César Vallejo y el pintor belga René Magritte comparten querencias estéticas y vitales fundamentales, llevar al lector o el espectador por una serie de signos que chocan con el vacío aparente, el misterio, el surco prolífico. Una característica compartida es la frecuencia del motivo de la ropa masculina burguesa, signo de identidad del que el poeta se va despojando y en el cual el pintor insiste para dar con pasmoso aplomo en el misterio.

This article presents a brief study of the variants between "Terceto autóctono", from Los heraldos negros, by César Vallejo, and its primitive version, namely, the poem "Fiestas aldeanas".

Written and revised between 1918 and 1922, Trilce shares and devours the fundamental avant-garde trope, which eschews representation through the sign’s own opacity, now protagonist of its own presence, freed from the ancillary duty of mimesis. Against the critical and creative discourses of that time —in the literary, plastic and musical arts—, this study considers Vallejo’s own resolute direction.
