The present research work was developed in the Irapay tourist area of the Allpahuayo Mishana National Reserve. San Juan. Maynas in the year 2023, its main objective was to determine the relationship between the quality of information and the level of tourist satisfaction. The research was quantitative, prospective, relational and non experimental research design. 126 tourists participated, both national and foreign, who were present during the application of the data collection instrument. The survey technique was used and two questionnaires were applied, each with 10 questions, which had previously been validated and subjected to reliability tests.
