The present work entitled: "FUNCTIONS AS INSTRUCTOR OF GROUP CREDITS IN THE INSTITUTION" COMPARTAMOS FINANCIERA "AGENCY OF TRUJILLO PERIOD 2014 - 2017", describes the activities carried out in the work experience. The background and general data of the Company and its economic environment are detailed. Presents the theoretical framework of work performance in addition to identifying the main problems of the work and proposals made. A case presented in the Group Credit Agency is described during the work experience that allows to reinforce the methodology through a practical case.
