Universal Exhibitions (EXPO), date from 1850, and represent a powerful international event to encourage progress, the promotion of development and a visible expression of the process of globalization. In Peru, the press severely criticized that the nation did not attend to the 2015 EXPO. It is hence worth asking if this was first time the country did not participate in one of these events. This essay, in this context addresses. The relevance of the EXPO, as it analyses their contributions, to the above from a historical perspective, and points out its usefulness to adding value in businesses. Given EXPO resonance, for the purpose of positioning a national image, it is also seen as necessary to review, in ending, the relationships between The Government and private firms within the framework of commercial policies.

The role of Hipolito Unanue in shaping the new Republic of  Peru was important. He headed the Ministry of Finance for two non-consecutive periods. In the first one he dispatched almost two years, between August 1821 and June 1823, while in the second one, he worked between September 1823 and February 1824. In September 1822 he presented a report to the Constituent Congress. In it, he gives an account of the various dispositions that he dictated in order to face the income deficit that the so-called fiscal box was facing. Objetivo general: Determinar la labor educativa de promoción de la salud que brindan los profesionales de Enfermería en madres de los niños menores de tres años del Centro de Salud de Chinchao, Huánuco 2018. Métodos: Se realizó un estudio descriptivo simple en 197 madres; utilizando un cuestionario de labor educativa de promoción de la salud en la recolección de los datos. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la satisfacción del paciente usuario en el servicio de emergencia con la calidad de atención del personal de enfermería en el Centro de Salud de Aparicio Pomares, Huánuco-2023. Método. El estudio fue de nivel descriptivo relacional, cuantitativo, básico, no experimental, prospectivo y transversal; la muestra lo conformaron 90 usuarios del servicio de emergencias, para establecer la relación, se usó la prueba estadística de correlación de Spearman, asumiendo un nivel de confianza del 95% y error menor al 0.05.
