Analiza las actitudes hacia la práctica de la actividad físico-deportiva orientada hacia la salud (APAFDOS) en escolares adolescentes de una institución educativa pública del distrito de San Martín de Porres, en general, según el sexo y la edad. Se desarrolló la investigación mediante el diseño transversal descriptivo, donde se analizó 242 escolares adolescentes con el cuestionario de actitudes hacia la práctica de actividad físico-deportiva orientada a la salud en adolescentes. Los resultados, en general (57.4 %), según el sexo (mujeres 62.0 % y hombres 52.9 %) y la edad (12 años 82.6 %, 13 años 58.5 %, 14 años 45.7 %, 15 años 58.8 %, 16 años 57.7 %, 18 años 75.0 %, 19 años 100.0 %) presentaron una mayor incidencia en el nivel indiferente de las actitudes. The study aimed to determine the proportion of alpaca (Vicugna pacos) sperm cells with caspases-3/7 in an activated form. The epididymis of 23 pairs of testicles obtained from the Municipal Slaughterhouse of Huancavelica, Peru, were used. In the laboratory, an extender (fat-free milk, egg yolk and fructose) was used to obtain sperm cells from the caudal part of the epididymis. The cells were washed twice with 1 mL of PBS and centrifuged. It was added 100 µL of CellEvent™ Caspase 3/7 Green Detection Reagent to the product and incubated at 37.5 °C for 30 min, while 0.5 µL of Propidium Iodide was added 10 minutes before the end of the incubation, as a marker of cell death.
