The use of flexible mechanisms has been increasing in the recent years. This is due of the advantages that offer with respect to rigid mechanism. However, the method to study them become more complicated. Just to mention, the mathematical equations to investigate their behavior are of a higher level, so the assistance of calculation software is required. For this reason an analytical model is developed to facilitate the study of compliant mechanism. To do this, a review of the theory involved in the calculation of compliant mechanism is made and applied in the development of the analytical model. In this case the equations derived from the Euler-Bernoulli Beam Theory were used. In order to have a contrast of results, a software that use the Finite Element Method was used. En la presente tesis se desarrolló el diseño de una unidad gasificadora TLUD de 200 L para el uso de las familias que practican la agricultura urbana en el subsector dc riego de Carapongo, con el fin de mejorar la calidad en sus cosechas. Se determinó que la madera a utilizar puede ser obtenida gracias a las municipalidades aledañas, por ejemplo, Ate, La Molina, Miraflores San Juan de Lurigancho, Santa Anita, que mediante la poda de sus respectivos parques obtienen toneladas de esta materia prima, más que suficiente que para el reactor se necesitan solo 100 Kg para su funcionamiento. Para la entrada primaria de aire se determinó que su flujo debe ser 11.79 m3/h. Si el flujo de aire es mayor, se combustionara un mayor porcentaje de masa de biomasa y si el flujo de aire es menor, entonces, la biomasa no terminara de transformarse en carbón vegetal.
