In this research it was determined the feasibility of using synthetic series of monthly average flow for the determination of the average marginal cost of energy in the National Interconnected Electric System of Peru – SEIN, taking as a case study of implementing bar tariff setting in 2004, where it was used the PERSEO model for planning, simulation and optimization of the hydrothermal system in Peru. The model is currently used by the Deputy Manager of tariff regulation (GART) of the Agency for Supervision of Investment in Energy and Mining - OSINERGMIN. The model use as hydrological information the average monthly flow series of tributaries to the historical attractions of the 23 river basins of the SEIN, one of the main is the basin of the Junin Lake, whose water is used by the Mantaro and Restitution hydroelectric, generating almost 20% of the power of our country. With the HEC-4 p...

In this study was determined the environment impact for Camisea natural gas used in the electrical energy generating for the National Electric System (SEIN), during 2004-2020 period. The amount of C, CH4, N20, NOx, COy NMCOV, were not emited to the environment for Camisea natural gas use, this energy source replaced Diesel 2, Residual S, Residual 500, Residual 6 y Coal. These emissions are depended offuel type, thermoelectric power plant annual energy generation and other factors of emissions dueto buming fuels in the Peru's Electric Sector. The Wien Automatic System Planning For Power Generating System Expansion Plannning - WASP III model was used to get the expansion optimization of the generation for mínimum cost for SEIN in the long tenn 2004-2020 period. This model was developed for Intemational Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and World Bank, at the end of 80'.

The project has as objectives the analysis and evaluation of the nowadays problem given by the marine intrusion in the Chilca aquife, this will be done through numeric modeling. of the aquifer. In order to fulfill these objectives it is necessary to count with an appropriate handling of this aquifer system. Also it will be necessity to establish policies of operation, handling and conservation. In order to do so, a study of the spatial and temporal should be affected on this water resource. The numeric modeling of the Chilca aquifer has been affected under permanent regimen through the solution of the underground water flux equations for porous environment. The finite elements technique with the use of triangular nets was used, this was developed on the Micro Fem V.3 model. 143 triangular nets and 100 nodes were generated, given to each element data of water level, exploitation flow, tra...
