La investigación titulada “El Interés Superior del Niño en la Tenencia Compartida: Testimonios y Perspectivas en Lima Este” tiene como objetivo analizar el Principio del ISN y su aplicación de los procesos de tenencia compartida, porque a pesar de que los padres se separen, deben cumplir con sus responsabilidades de manera conjunta, dado que, el niño puede verse afectado negativamente en su estabilidad emocional, para lo cual se evalúa los casos de lima Este a través de especialistas en la materia.
