Inventory is a fundamental part of the resource management of any company. El presente estudio aplica el ciclo de mejora continua PHVA (Planear, Hacer, Verificar, Actuar) al área de marketing digital de la Cámara de Comercio de Guasave, Sinaloa. Se identificó como problema principal la escasa presencia digital y baja interacción con el público en su página web y red social Facebook. Se desarrolló una metodología de enfoque mixto, empleando entrevistas, observación directa, análisis documental, métricas de Facebook Insights y benchmarking. A través de un calendario estratégico de publicaciones y acciones de rediseño web, se implementaron mejoras medibles.
