Klossinemella conciliatus Alho, 1964 and Paraorientatractis semiannulata Gibbons, Khalil & Marinkelle, 1997 we have found for the first time to Yellow-spotted Amazon River turtle Podocnemis unifilis Troschel, 1848 from Peru. Also, Atractis impura Caballero, 1944 and Angusticaecum brevispiculum Chapin, 1925 are recorded for Yellow-footed tortoise, Geochelone denticulate (Linnaeus, 1766).

The present work registers for the first time for the Peru to Nematophila grandis (Diesing, 1839) Travassos, 1934 in the Yellow-spotted River Turtle Podocnemis unifilis «taricaya». The hosts were collected from the localities of the River Putumayo, Samiria, Iquitos (Loreto) and Manu (Madre de Dios). Identified material was deposited in the Helmintological Collection of the Department of Protozoology, Helmintology and Relationed Invertebrates of the Natural History Museum of San Marcos University.

A total of 227 specimens of young adults of Postharmostomum sp., Witenberg, 1923 (Trematoda: Digenea) were collected from pericardial cavity of two indiviudals of the land snail Megalobulimus maximus from distrito of Juanjuí, San Martín. Parasits were deposited on Coleccion Helmintológica y de Invertebrados Relacionados, of the Museo de Historia Natural, Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (MUSM), Lima, Peru.

The nematode Thubunaea iguanae and Spauligodon viracochai are reported for three species of Spauligodon viracochai are reported for three species of Spauligodon viracochai lizards from Paracas National Reserve, Ica, Peru. The fi rst nematode was found on Microlophus peruvianus and peruvianus and peruvianus Microlophus thoracicus thoracicus while Microlophus thoracicus thoracicus while Microlophus thoracicus thoracicus the second one was found on Phyllodac- tylus angustidigitus . Reports are two new host records and a new locality record for T. iguanae, and a fi rst record for South America, and a new host for S. viracochai .

Los nemátodos Thubunaea iguanae y Spauligodon viracochai son reportados para tres especies Spauligodon viracochai son reportados para tres especies Spauligodon viracochai de lagartijas en la Reserva Nacional de Paracas, Ica, Perú. El primer nematodo fue registrado para Microlophus peruvianus y Microlophus peruvianus y Microlophus peruvianus Microlophus thoracicus thoracicus, mientras que el segundo fue registrado para Phyllodactylus angustidigitus. Estos reportes representan dos nuevos hospederos y una nueva localidad para T. iguanae, nematodo reportado por primera vez para Sudamérica, además del registro de un nuevo hospedero para S. viracochai .
