El documento tiene el objetivo de determinar la relación de la calidad de la auditoría, la aplicación de normas del ámbito contable y la razonabilidad de los estados contables financieros en las empresas que pertenecen al régimen tributario general de la ciudad de Tarapoto. En la cual se utiliza un enfoque cuantitativo, siendo el más adecuado el tipo correlacional, y el diseño elegido fue el no experimental.
