This research is about Pitcairnia lopezii L.B.Sm. (Bromeliaceae), taxonomy, stage of development, accompanying flora, conservation status, threats, conservation measures to implement and management guidelines, in the Private Conservation Area "Lomas del Cerro Campana", with the purpose of proposing a management and conservation plan for the species; all this based on field activities where the environmental characterization and rapid population characterization were carried out.
