Eating Behavior Disorder (ED) is a worrying psychological problem since there is a high prevalence in adolescents, with anorexia nervosa and bulimia being more prevalent. It has been shown that among the factors that predispose to the development of eating disorders is the parental bond. Thus, the present study sought to determine the relationship between attachment and ED in adolescents. For this purpose, a search was conducted using the recommendations of the PRISMA guide (Page et al., 2021). The databases consulted were Scopus, Ebsco, Dialnet and ProQuest. Ten articles were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria to be analyzed. As a result, it was found that 9 articles identified a positive correlation between insecure attachment and ED; however, 5 of them needed mediating variables to explain this relationship.
