The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between institutional management and sustainable tourism in the regional tourism directorate, Maynas in 2021. Developed under an applied type research, correlational descriptive level and non-experimental design, taking into account a population and sample of 55 workers selected through non- probabilistic convenience sampling, data collection was carried out through the survey technique and the questionnaire was used as an instrument, in addition, the data were processed through the statistical program Excel and SPSS, calculating in them the frequency and percentage, as well as the normality test and the statistical correlations through Spearman's Rho.
