El objetivo del estudio fue describir y analizar los saberes y las prácticas de promoción de la salud de las enfermeras en un Hospital de Trujillo - Perú en un contexto anterior a la pandemia mundial. Por lo cual se consideraron conceptos de saber, práctica y de promoción de la salud. La elección de la muestra fue desarrollada a través de la técnica de bola de nieve y la delimitación en base al principio de saturación. Las participantes fueron 10 enfermeras a quienes se les entrevistó, se transcribieron sus discursos y se analizaron.
