The study was conducted in two National Reserves with different anthropogenic pressures: Pacaya Samiria National Reserve and Allpahuayo Mishana National Reserve. Several lagoons within and outside the protected areas were evaluated to evaluate the protective role of these reserves on fish biodiversity. Water samples were collected from georeferenced points in the lagoons, filtered, and analyzed in the laboratory using eDNA sequencing. The results showed no significant differences in the number of species between the protected areas and the zones with greater human impact (p > 0.05). However, lagoons within the reserves displayed a more equitable species distribution and lower dominance. The correlation between anthropogenic pressure and species richness was weak (rho = 0.1792843, p = 0.7005), suggesting that human pressure does not significantly influence biodiversity. El trabajo se realizó en las instalaciones del centro de investigación Inkaterra Guides Field Station, ubicado en la región Madre de Dios, perteneciente a la Reserva Nacional del Tambopata. Se investigó el efecto de la formación de biofilm en diferentes sustratos, en el cultivo de churo en ambientes controlados. El tiempo de cultivo fue de 120 días, utilizando 240 crías con tallas iniciales de 2.7 mm. y peso de 0.16g, distribuidos al azar en 12 unidades de baldes de plástico con 2 litros de agua, con una densidad de 10 churos/L.
