El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la propuesta de gestión municipal para mejorar las condiciones socio sanitarias de la Provincia de Alto Amazonas, 2022. La investigación fue aplicada, diseño no experimental, cuantitativo, transversal, descriptivo y propositivo. La población fue de 62,903 (62,837 pobladores y 66 funcionarios municipales), la muestra fue de 256 (190 pobladores y 66 funcionarios municipales). La técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento cuatro cuestionarios. Los resultados sobre gestión municipal son opuestos por el ofertante y demandante y señalan como brecha 3 % y 30 % no cuenta con personal capacitado y/o entrenado para realizar sus actividades, sobre condiciones socio sanitarias, los resultados también presentaron diferencias, la brecha se encuentra entre el 29 % y 45 % perciben que la municipalidad no trabaja articuladamente con los establecimient...

The present work aims to recognize and revalue the technological solutions that our ancestors applied in accordance with the environment in order to be applied in current times. Quantitative research, of a descriptive type with an ethnographic, technological method, applied to students, teachers and university graduates in the technological and engineering area. The sample is non-probabilistic through convenience sampling.
