Reproductive medicine’s development has enabled to palliate the infertility effects through the Assisted Reproductive Technology. In the face of the lack of regulation about those techniques, there are legal problems about single woman’s access to them, among the most important we have those relating to filiation, weighting between mother's rights and child's superior interest, access to lesbian couples and its use as an alternative method. Also, a study of comparative law is performed in order to establish which countries let the access to single woman and which ones not. In the face of a possible Law on Assisted Reproductive Techniques in our country, it is necessary to establish the access to them, prohibiting to single woman to use them, making the child's superior interest prevail over the woman’s unilateral wish of been a mother
