El presente trabajo de investigación es un estudio descriptivo transversal retrospectivo del uso del linezolid en 21 pacientes que ingresaron a diferentes servicios de internamiento del Hospital Alberto Sabogal Sologuren, perteneciente a la Red asistencial ESSALUD del Callao- Lima, en el periodo Enero-Diciembre 2012. Se encontró que 7 pacientes (33%) corresponden en indicación, dosis, intervalo y duración de tratamiento con las indicaciones aprobadas en España (IAE); mientras que 14 pacientes (67%) corresponden a indicaciones no aprobadas (INAE). Se analizó así mismo el género, la edad, la indicación o diagnóstico, el servicio de internamiento, microorganismo gram positivo aislado, condición del paciente al terminar tratamiento con linezolid. This thesis work presents the validation study of a system of water purification, for a national manufacturing plant of ophthalmic products, with the aim of establishing documented evidence that the mentioned system complies consistently with established quality specifications. To achive this purpose, was developed and executed a validation Protocol, also developed a sampling plan involving all the water system fir the realization of the first validation phase, which was conducted an exhaustive monitoring for the period of one month..
