This study analyzes the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics in education, assessing their impact on 200 teachers and students. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining surveys, interviews, and field observations to collect data on participants’ perceptions and experiences. The findings indicate that 75% of respondents believe these technologies foster personalized learning; however, 58% reported technological difficulties, and 62% emphasized the need for teacher training. The discussion highlights that, although 75% of teachers employ basic digital tools, the effective integration of AI and robotics requires overcoming challenges related to infrastructure and teacher professional development.

Digitalization and transparency in public administration: Challenges in Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia

Objetivo: Identificar os desafios e oportunidades na digitalização da administração pública no Brasil, México e Colômbia, com ênfase na transparência e no combate à corrupção. Métodos: Foi utilizado um enfoque qualitativo por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas e grupos focais. No total, foram realizadas 300 entrevistas (100 por país), das quais 120 participantes também integraram 15 grupos focais (5 por país). Para a análise dos dados, foi adotado um enfoque temático, identificando categorias a partir dos depoimentos dos participantes. The impact of emotional intelligence (EI) on post-crisis organizational sustainability—particularly in talent retention and adaptation to new adversities—constitutes the central focus of this research. The objective was to analyze the relationship between the implementation of EI programs and the organization’s adaptive capacity after periods of crisis.
