The growth of the Peruvian migration to Buenos Aires is a phenomenon highlighted in the last decades. From a gender perspective, the configuration of the nets is studied in the pre-migration stage, as well as its later composition and distribution in Argentina. Secondary sources are used, but the main contribution comes given by the «Peruvian Migration and Gender Survey» (EMIGE 2007). Main results: it is the migratory flow with smaller antiquity in Argentina. In a high proportion, they concentrate on the City of Buenos Aires and they constitute the foreign population with bigger pre-eminence of women and the less aged one. With regard to premigration stage, the study shows that the migration networks are conditioned by the gender system, but that relationship varies along the process that goes from the decision taking to the concretion of the movement, in function of the vital/familiar...

Los padres de niños diagnosticados con Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA) experimentan altos niveles de estrés en comparación a padres de niños con desarrollo típico o con otras discapacidades. Por ello, se tuvo como objetivo identificar la relación entre las estrategias de afrontamiento y el estrés parental en padres de niños con TEA. Para lograrlo, se realizó una búsqueda sistemática siguiendo los lineamientos PRISMA (Page et al., 2021) en las bases de datos Scopus, Web of Science, APA Psychnet y PubPsych. Se analizaron once investigaciones que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Nuestra legislación laboral establece como causal para la extinción automática del contrato de trabajo, la invalidez absoluta permanente del trabajador, sin embargo, no existe ninguna norma vigente que defina con precisión en qué situación un trabajador podría encontrarse con dicha calificación. A todas luces nos encontramos ante un vacío normativo que genera una situación de incertidumbre jurídica. En el presente trabajo, hemos realizado una propuesta de definición del término en mención, para lo cual previamente hicimos un revisión de definiciones similares a dicho término, así como referencias que hemos encontrado en la legislación laboral y previsional, por lo que, hemos incluido una compilación y análisis de cada una de ellas en nuestro trabajo.
