The main objective of this research was to develop a cream based on the hydroalcoholic extract of orange flowers of Tropaeolum majus L. "mastuerzo" and to evaluate its effect in vitro. For the evaluation of photoprotective capacity, two steps were performed. In the first one, the vegetable sample was collected, washed and dried, followed by grinding to obtain powder, followed by the percolation method using alcohol of 70 ° GL as the solvent.
