El objetivo de la investigación es elaborar un Plan de Marketing de la empresa Negociaciones Romero S.R.L., la cual ofrece los servicios de vidriería en general, instalación de puertas; carpintería en madera y aluminios. En este contexto, la empresa atiende principalmente al segmento de constructores informas de la zona sur oeste de Piura. Esta empresa, aún no está posicionada entre los empresarios formales de la construcción, por lo que requiere de un Plan de Marketing que mejore su posicionamiento. Por ende, se procede a realizar la revisión bibliográfica del área de marketing y del plan de marketing, análisis actual de la empresa y elaborar una propuesta de implementación con la proyección financiera respectiva.
