This research is focused on the design and implementation of a didactic device known as Research and Study Route (REI), based on the paradigm of questioning the world and the Anthropological Theory of Didactics, for a rural multigrade classroom in a Colombian high school. The objective of the REI is to investigate a main question, how to raise a field for planting? This makes it possible to generate relations between school mathematics and topography. In particular, it considers the topographic survey of land for cultivation, an activity that is of interest to the community in which the school is located. El taller se centra en un estudio de replicación (Aguilar, 2020) donde los participantes resolverán problemas de matemática aplicada a un contexto físico como el del movimiento de los planetas, resignificando a la Serie Trigonométrica de Fourier. Las tareas propuestas surgen de un análisis epistemológico de la serie (Farfán y Romero, 2019), lo que es compatible con los principios del paradigma del Cuestionamiento del Mundo, definidos en la Teoría Antropológica de lo Didáctico (Chevallard, 1999). El público considerado es profesores de matemática o física, o también estudiantes avanzados ya que en el desarrollo de las tareas pueden aparecer nociones matemáticas: funciones trigonométricas, series, integrales, funciones, sucesiones de funciones y sistemas de coordenadas cartesianos.
