Uno de los temas valiosos en el logro de los aprendizajes de los estudiantes es investigar sobre la relación que existe entre el desempeño docente y su relación con la calidad educativa, y ése es el objetivo de este estudio. Para ello un estudio científico con enfoque cuantitativo, método hipotético deductivo, corte transversal, nivel ordinal, se realizó en 40 profesores de la IE N.8161 Manuel Scorza Torres de Carabayllo en Lima. con un diseño no experimental correlacional descriptivo.
