Currently, organizations have to deal with talent drain, high turnover and absenteeism; in other words, they face a great challenge when trying to retain staff in such uncertain circumstances. Thus, job satisfaction, positive feeling about the position held (Robbins, 2014); and employee engagement, an employee's involvement with the organization in which he works (Harter et al., 2002, as cited in Chanana & Sangeeta, 2021), play an important role in the well-being of employees. Therefore, this review aims to identify the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Job Engagement in Employees of Private Sector Organizations.
