Objetivo: Asociar el nivel de conocimientos y actitudes de fotoprotección en estudiantes de la Escuela Profesional de Farmacia y Bioquímica de la UNJBG, 2021. Metodología: El tipo de estudio fue correlacional, prospectivo, transversal y analítico. Se utilizó un tamaño muestral probabilístico de 90 estudiantes; el instrumento de recolección de datos estuvo conformado por un cuestionario para evaluar los conocimientos y una escala de Likert para medir las actitudes sobre fotoprotección. Resultados: Del total de participantes, 61,1 % fue de sexo femenino, 67,8 % se encontraba entre el rango de edad de 17 a 22 años y el 72,2 % presentaba fototipo de piel IV; respecto al nivel de conocimientos sobre fotoprotección el 57,8 % presentaron un nivel bajo, seguido de un 34,4 % con un nivel medio; referente a las actitudes, el 47,8 % presentaron un nivel indiferente y el 36,7 % favorable....

Objective: To determine the incidence of overweight and obesity according to body mass index and lipid profile in Pharmacy and Biochemistry students of the Jorge Basadre Grohmann National University, Tacna. Material and methods: Observational, descriptive and correlational study. Fasting blood sample was taken for laboratory analysis of lipid perfyl and glycemia, and weight and height were evaluated with calculation of body mass index to a non-probabilitic sample of 38 students of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of the Health Sciences Faculty.
