The objective of the research was to determine if the Ecosystem with creativity, research and innovation, based on transversal competences, responds to the professional demands of the 21st century. For the study, the questionnaire of transversal competences, of the Tuning Project, was applied, aimed at 30 university students, in which case the achievement in their training was investigated, while, in the case of the 30 employers, it was to know the importance of assigned to the competencies that new professionals should possess. Diferentes variedades de quinua procedentes de distintas zonas fueron adaptadas en la comunidad campesina San Antonio de Manallasacc del distrito de Chiara, provincia de Huamanga y Región de Ayacucho - Perú ubicada a 3520 metros sobre nivel del mar para observar su comportamiento en cuanto a rendimiento y calidad en condiciones distintas a su origen. El experimento se realizó en parcelas ubicadas en el campo y en condiciones climatológicas naturales. Las variedades de quinua utilizadas fueron Amarilla Marangani, Illpa Inía, Inía Salcedo, Altiplano, Hualhuas, Rosada Junín, Huancayo, Inía 433, Pasankalla, Negra Collana, Amarilla Sacaca y Blanca Junín. The objective of this work was to analyze how the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) improves and increases the development of reading comprehension at the inferential and critical levels in students of the 3rd semester of 2020 of the Faculties of Social Sciences and Humanities of the National University Federico Villarreal. The research was of an explanatory level and the design used was quasi-experimental. The simple consisted of 74 students from the two faculties who were selected for convenience, with whom the control group (30) and the experimental group (44) were formed. Pretest and posttest tests were applied to both groups with the difference that the control group was not trained.
