This work analyzes the causes, effects and costs of corruption in Peru, seeking to know and understand more about this phenomenon, cause-effect of our underdevelopment, with the fundamental objective of contributing to its understanding and perceiving the harmful effects for Peruvian society and its high economic and moral costs, in order to try to combat it more efficiently and effectively.

The present work analyzes the theme of the Real Estate transfer system in Peru, from the perspective of legal certainty involved in legal transactions, governed by the regulations of the Civil Code in more than 36 years that it has been in force. The article 949° of The Peruvian Civil Code, describes the principle of consent for the development of Real Estate transfer, stating that ¨The sole obligation to dispose a specific property, makes the creditor the owner of it, unless otherwise stipulated or agreed¨. In this sense, the approach of the present work is focused on what legal certainty this system may offer, beyond the work in the field of the transfer system; it also proposes new perspectives that could provide greater legal certainty in Real Estate trade, increasingly growing in our country in recent years.

This paper covers the topic of registered offices of the non-profit legal entities governed by the Peruvian Civil Code. Its purpose is to analyze, from academic and case law perspectives, the provisions that the civil code has established in this regard, especially on the concept of registered office, principal office, and binding force, highlighting the deficiencies and contradictions of our legislation.

El presente artículo versa sobre el domicilio de la persona jurídica sin fines de lucro regulado por el código civil peruano. Busca desde una perspectiva doctrinaria y jurisprudencial hacer un análisis de las disposiciones que al respecto tiene el código civil, en especial su concepto de domicilio y sede y obligatoriedad, poniendo de relieve las deficiencia y contradicciones de nuestra legislación.

La investigación realizada tiene como objetivo verificar si la existencia de dos regímenes patrimoniales en el matrimonio en el Perú, limita la autonomía de la voluntad de los esposos. Asimismo, se pretende establecer la viabilidad de las convenciones matrimoniales en la legislación peruana, con la finalidad que se pueda pactar el régimen patrimonial en el matrimonio con mayor libertad, así como algunos otros aspectos que regirán la vida conyugal en su funcionamiento y extinción. Para tal efecto, se tienen en cuenta los cambios que se han producido en las relaciones familiares, especialmente la paridad de roles de los cónyuges y el ejercicio de la libertad, como derecho fundamental en la determinación de las relaciones patrimoniales y extramatrimoniales que obligan a una mayor reflexión respecto a la conveniencia de la introducción de las llamadas convenciones matrimoniales.
