The present investigation sought to specify the type of relationship between the perception of organizational justice and job satisfaction, among a non-probabilistic sample of 52 professionals who work in the city of Iquitos. It applied a non-experimental cross-sectional research design, and its scope or level was descriptive - correlational. The research hypothesis posited that there is a direct and significant relationship between these two variables. The data obtained through the application of a survey using a structured questionnaire, shows that the Spearman coefficient has a value of 0.694 with a significance of 0.000; which allows us to conclude that there is a strong relationship between the two variables under study and to recommend, in a general way, that to increase job satisfaction it is necessary to improve the perception of organizational justice.
