En la presente investigación, se analizó la construcción de la noticia de los programas Beto a Saber y Rey con Barba en la cobertura periodística del COVID-19; y como a través de su discurso se ha propiciado la desinformación. Para ello, se ha partido del contexto pandémico actual y se ha contrastado con escenarios pasados similares en donde la prensa peruana ha tergiversado muchas veces la data al momento de informar. Además, se han tomado en cuenta los conceptos e implicancias del “periodismo digital”, puesto que la web es la plataforma en donde se han transmitido y alojado los programas en cuestión.
