Objetivo: Determinar si el tratamiento antibiótico postoperatorio corto tiene mayor riesgo de infecciones intraabdominales que el tratamiento antibiótico postoperatorio largo en adultos con apendicitis aguda complicada. Métodos: Se realizó una revisión sistemática y un metaanálisis. Se ejecutó una búsqueda de los estudios en PubMed, Web of Science, OVID, Scopus y EMBASE; se halló un total de 107 registros, se examinaron 15 artículos en texto completo, y 10 artículos se incluyeron en la revisión sistemática. Los outcomes principales y secundarios fueron medidos a través de un RR con un IC 95%. This research work is a descriptive, cross-sectional and retrospective study, which aims to determine compliance with Good Prescription Practices in the Pediatric Service of a private Establishment, in the period January - March 2019. It was developed as collection instrument a record, in which errors related to patient data, medication data, prescriber data and the most prescribed pharmacological groups are recorded. 365 outpatient prescriptions were evaluated, in which it was found that 100% of the prescriptions contained breach of Good Prescription Practices. Of the total prescriptions with prescription errors in the patient data, 2.74% presented omission of the patient's name and 82.19% presented omission of the patient's age, weight or height. The objective of this research work was to carry out phytochemical screening and to evaluate the in vitro effect of Phthirusa robusta Rusby leaf extract (soldered solder) against Candida albicans. The liquid extract was obtained through the fractional percolation of 1 kg of leaves of Phthirusa robusta Rusby (welded with solder) from the city of Tarapoto, province of San Martín, San Martín region.
