The main objective of this research is to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and talent retention in the micro and small enterprises in metropolitan Lima. The research was based on a broad theoretical framework with authors who studied job satisfaction and employee retention in different approaches, theories, target market, sectors, and company sizes. The research seeks to determine the degree to which job satisfaction affects the retention of talent in SMEs in Metropolitan Lima in order to be a guide to strategic decisions that improve the retention of potential talent in these companies.
