Objectives. To determine the relationship between organizational climate and work performance. Methods. Objetivo. Determinar la relación entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral. Métodos. Se llevó a cabo un estudio correlacional con 234 trabajadores de salud del Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión – Pasco, durante el periodo 2017. Se empleó una escala de clima organizacional y una hoja de evaluación del desempeño. En el análisis inferencial se utilizó la Prueba de correlaciones de r de Pearson. Resultados. El 83,3% (195 trabajadores) manifestaron clima organizacional por mejorar y el 49,1% (115 trabajadores) presentaron desempeño laboral promedio.
