“The Question of Givenness in Jean-Luc Marion’s Phenomenology”. Marionian phenomenology has received various critiques regarding its reading of the Husserlian and Heideggerian Gegebenheit. This article aims to account for the phenomenological importance of the Marionian conception of givenness.

This article has a double purpose. In the first place, it aims to account for the contribution of Law and Literature studies regarding the problem of interpretation, based on the debate between Ronald Dworkin and Stanley Fish on the relationship between cognition and will. Secondly, the text also intends to introduce Claude Romano and Jean-Luc Marion’s evential phenomenological perspective as a complementary adjustment of Fish’s proposal.

En este trabajo se informa sobre la experiencia del Internado Médico, realizado en 10 meses durante la pandemia. De estos, 5 fueron en el centro de primer nivel de atención, CS-San Bartolo (I-3) y los 5 restantes en el hospital María Auxiliadora. Dos experiencias distintas en el enfoque a la salud, recibiendo una formación profesional importante, además de ser preparación para el SERUMS. Debido a la crisis sanitaria, el MINSA publicó lineamientos para el internado, y así asegurar la prevención del contagio por virus Sars-Cov-2- Debido a esto, fue necesario aprovechar el mayor tiempo posible dentro de ambos centros asistenciales.
