This thesis entitled "Application bioles leaf in growing coffee (Coffea arabica L.) La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el liderazgo y la gestión estratégica en la unidad de gestión educativa local, Lamas 2023. La investigación fue tipo básica, diseño no experimental, cuya población y muestra fue de 50 colaboradores. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados determinaron que el nivel de liderazgo tiene un nivel bajo del 32 %, nivel medio en 48 % y alto en 20 %. El nivel de gestión estratégica tiene un nivel bajo del 34 %, nivel medio en 46 % y alto en 20 %; y existe relación positiva significativa entre las dimensiones del liderazgo y la gestión estratégica.
