Objetivo: Determinar si Ley de Facilitación del Comercio Exterior – (Ley N°28977, 2007)que crea los envíos de entrega rápida (EER) por las mercancías que ingresan al país, limita una adecuada gestión de riesgo por la Intendencia Aduana Aérea y Postal durante el período 2007-2010.  Método: Es una investigación de tipo descriptivo causal, cuantitativa, en base a la evaluación numérica y análisis estadístico, la muestra estuvo constituida por cincuenta (50) usuarios de comercio exterior conocedores sobre el tema de investigación, mediante los métodos de Tau_b de Kendall y de Spearman.
