The present investigation was carried out with the purpose of identifying how family conflicts influence the work environment of Tank's Peru employees assigned to UPAO CAMPUS, Region la Libertad. Year 2017. In order to address and learn about this problem, the research was located in the company TANKS PERU. The research is based on the Quantitative - Qualitative Methodological Approach. The sample population was 52 collaborators of the company Tanks Peru assigned to UPAO CAMPUS. Family conflicts directly influence the work environment, resulting in inadequate service provision, dissatisfaction and monotony among employees.
