The objective of this study was to determine the level of compliance of the activities of the Operational Plan to measure Quality Management in the Treasury Sub-Department of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo in the period 2014-2016. The population includes the operational plans, the reports of self-evaluation and the reports of execution of budgets and expenses of the MPT of the years 2014, 2015 and 2016; and the reports generated for the Treasury area of the MPT of those years were taken as a sample. La presente investigación se realizó en la empresa Quanta Industrial del Perú S.A.C., tras su evaluación, obtuvimos que presenta deficiencias de control interno referente a las órdenes de compra y servicio, por lo que se estableció como objetivo principal analizar en qué medida y de qué manera el control interno influye en la rentabilidad de la Quanta Industrial del Perú S.A.C., Trujillo – 2022. El tipo de la investigación fue aplicativo, explicativo y mixto, en cuanto a su diseño de investigación fue de triangulación concurrente.
