Objetivo: Determinar la influencia del servicio de calidad en la satisfacción del usuario de la academia de baile Fitness Dance de la ciudad de Pucallpa, 2017. El presente estudio se ha realizado con el propósito de demostrar que la satisfacción del usuario de la academia de baile Fitness Dance de la ciudad de Pucallpa se da mediante un buen servicio de calidad, por lo que se utilizó de diseño en sucesión o en línea.
