The present study aims to evaluate the characteristics of the organizational culture of the District Municipality Band Shilcayo according Schein in a sample consisting of 77 workers with an application of a descriptive cross-sectional study versus analytical and deductive method where results in percentages (%), show that the organizational culture of the research institution is favorable, neutral and unfavorable, it can be concluded that this entity has a moderate strength in terms of organizational culture, based on the application of diagnosis representing 43% average achieved positive likewise determined by the analysis of the organizational culture of this institution, based on Schein's theory, demonstrating that is a complete tool to determine this institutional field.
