Determina el impacto en la calidad de vida relacionada a salud bucal respecto a la presencia de focos sépticos dentarios en niños de 3 a 5 años de edad, atendidos en el Servicio de Odontología del Hospital Nacional Guillermo Almenara en el 2018. El estudio es descriptivo, transversal y retrospectivo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 100 niños de 3 a 5 años de edad, divididos en 50 pacientes con focos sépticos dentarios y 50 pacientes sin focos sépticos dentarios. Para la elección de pacientes, se utilizaron los odontogramas de las historias clínicas, de niños recientemente atendidos en el servicio de Odontología del Hospital Nacional Guillermo Almenara. Objective.
