El estudio realizado con objetividad racional centró su mirada en el logro del objetivo general sustancial: Demostrar la influencia de la gestión fáctica del Programa “Protección del Medio Ambiente” en el desarrollo de competencias ecológicas en estudiantes de nivel universitario, UNHEVAL 2022.
