El objetivo de la investigación es determinar la influencia de las políticas públicas en la calidad de atención en el centro de salud mental comunitario para la comunidad LTGBIQ+ en Trujillo 2023, para lo cual se utiliza el enfoque cuantitativo de tipo aplicado bajo un diseño no experimental de corte correlacional; la muestra lo conformaron 200 personas LTGBIQ+ de la provincia de Trujillo; para la validez de los instrumentos se ha sometido al juicio de expertos, y luego de la prueba piloto se ha obtenido alta confiabilidad del instrumento (Alfa de Cronbach 0.984-0.938), los resultados han sido procesados mediante el SPSS V27 indicando que la implementación de las políticas públicas en salud mental cuentan con un 48% de nivel regular, 44,5 % de nivel inadecuado y solo 7,5 de nivel adecuado; mientras que la calidad de atención según los participantes fue 62,5% de nivel adecuado. ...

This paper addresses the connection between family violence and therapeutic intervention management by the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations. Experiences and good practices will be addressed through systematic and historical-analytic-synthetic methodologies to promote proper management and implementation of therapeutic interventions in cases of family violence, in order to contribute effectively to the empowerment and intervention in violence against women and members of a family group.

The purpose of this research was to evaluate how government policies affect quality care in a mental health center according to the perspective of the LTGBIQ+ community in the year 2023. An applied quantitative approach was used with a non-experimental correlational design. The sample was made up of 200 people of diverse sexual orientation and gender identity from the province of Trujillo. The instruments used were validated by experts, and after a pilot test, high reliability of the instrument was obtained. As a conclusion of the work, a depen- dency between the variables was discovered. Therefore, it is accepted that the implementation of government policies influences quality care directed toward LTGBIQ+ people.

This paper aimed to address seven institutions within Peruvian family law that require analysis in terms of their constitutionality and continued existence within the Peruvian legal system, particularly in civil law. The main findings of this research identified inequality in the adoption of the spouse’s surname, equal rights of parents in the registration of their children, regulation of same-sex families, protection of privacy in no-fault divorces, the identity of the child receiving alimony, freedom of property regimes in de facto unions, and equal protection of cohabiting partners in matters of disinheritance and indignity. The methodology was qualitative-descriptive, using documentary analysis, and concluded that these legal institutions violate fundamental rights due to lack of regulation, persistence without reform, or inconsistency with the principles of family law.
