Peru, as part of the United Nations, has a commitment to fulfill with environmental sustainability. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda are ambitious and require commitments and concrete actions to achieve the goals set. A few years before the deadline, progress is worrying in most of the SDGs, which will imply additional effort and the generation of public-private alliances to guarantee the conservation of our planet. In this research, an analysis is carried out of the progress achieved in Peru in SDG 12 "Ensure sustainable production and consumption modalities", which has had an important participation of private companies with sustainability reports and seeks to raise the pending agenda to achieve the goals of the 2030 Agenda.

Elinor Ostrom, winner of the Nobel Prize in Economics in 2009, left an invaluable legacy to the world through her proposal in Governing the commons (1990). La presente investigación intenta encontrar los principales factores que determinan la continuidad de las empresas de confecciones del Perú en la actividad exportadora. El uso de la regresión logística fue inevitable debido a las ventajas que ofrece sobre otros métodos en el tratamiento de variables de respuesta dicotómica y ante la presencia de covariables que pueden ser también dicotómicas o continuas con pocos valores. El modelo logit ajustado presenta interacciones significativas las cuales fueron ampliamente analizadas en este trabajo, asimismo, se realizó un exhaustivo análisis de residuos y bondad de ajuste y, finalmente, se pudo validar el modelo para pronóstico de continuidad de las empresas de confecciones en el año 2006.
