El propósito del presente estudio fue determinar la relación existente entre inteligencia emocional y relaciones interpersonales de directivos y maestros de la I.E San Juan de Miraflores, Loreto 2023. El estudio utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo de alcance correlacional, utilizó un diseño no experimental de tipo transversal. La muestra estuvo constituida por 40 docentes a quienes se les aplicó dos cuestionarios. El estudio concluyó que existe relación significativa entre la inteligencia emocional y las relaciones interpersonales en directivos y docentes de una institución educativa en Loreto 2023. Asimismo, se verificó relación significativa entre dimensiones: manejo, ambiente, actitudes socioafectivas y resolución de conflictos de las relaciones interpersonales y la inteligencia emocional de directivos y maestros de la institución educativa estudiada.

The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between supply programming and logistics management in the Educational Management Unit of Ucayali - Contamana 2022, where an applied methodology and non-experimental design has been used; Consisting of a population and sample of 73 workers to whom a questionnaire was applied for data collection. After having processed the data in the Excel and SPSS V.26 program, the following results were obtained: the supply programming variable is qualified as regular (66%); For its part, the logistics management of the UGEL is regular (66%).
