This research was carried out with the purpose of determining the relationship between administrative management and quality of service in the Health Service Provider Institution 1 – 3 América, 2023. The approach used in the study was applied, descriptive-correlational and with a non-experimental design. The sample selected for this research was 317 users, to whom a questionnaire was applied to collect the necessary information. After obtaining the results, it is identified that administrative management is rated as efficient (33%); For its part, the quality of service is good with (39%). El presente estudio, tuvo como objetivo determinar el estado de salud bucal y la utilización de servicios odontológicos en escolares de nivel secundario de la I.E. Experimental-UNAP. El tipo de Investigación fue cuantitativo; su diseño fue no experimental, correlacional, transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 206 niños pertenecientes al distrito de Belén. Los instrumentos utilizados para identificar la Utilización de Servicio Odontológico se uso una encuesta para medir la utilización de los servicios basado en el Modelo Conductual de Andersen; y para el estado de salud bucal se utilizó lo siguiente: el índice de CPOD, Índice Necesidad Tratamiento Periodontal, Índice Necesidad Tratamiento Ortodontico.
